Exam information you can check.

Dates, eligibility, fees and cutoffs for Indian entrance examinations — each traced to the official notice it came from, stamped with the date we last checked it, and marked clearly when the authority has not confirmed it yet.

How a fact gets verified & published

01

Watch the source

Each authority's published notices are checked daily, and exactly what was received is kept on record.

02

Detect the change

New notices are compared against what we already hold, so a redesign is not mistaken for an announcement.

03

Review it

Dates, fees, eligibility and results are read by a person before publication. Nothing high-impact is automatic.

04

Publish with its source

The value goes live carrying the document it came from and the date it was checked.

How to read status labels

CheckedBadge: Compared against the notice

The day a person last compared this page against the official notice. Every page carries one.

ProvisionalBadge: Authority Pending Confirmation

The examination authority has officially published this, but has indicated it may change before the cycle closes.

ExpectedBadge: Historical Pattern Estimate

Not yet officially announced. Shown because the pattern of previous cycles is useful for planning, labelled because it is not settled.

Editorial Pledges

What this site will never do

Accuracy

No invented dates

If an authority has not announced something, we say so rather than publishing a plausible guess as though it were confirmed.

Copyright

No copied coaching material

Question banks and study material from commercial publishers are copyrighted. We use official, licensed or public-domain sources, or we do without.

Integrity

No advertising dressed as guidance

Where a college or course appears, it is because it is relevant, not because someone paid for the placement.

Standards

No thin pages for search engines

A page exists when it has something to say that no other page does. We would rather have a hundred useful pages than fifty thousand empty ones.

Common Inquiries

Frequently asked questions

Q

How often is a page checked?

Sources are checked daily, but a page's date only changes when the source does. The 'Checked' stamp shows the last time a person confirmed the page against the official notice — not the last time we looked.

Q

Why is a date marked 'Expected'?

Because the authority has not announced it. Previous years make the timing predictable enough to be useful for planning, and dishonest to present as settled. Both things are true, so we show the date and label it.

Q

You show fewer exams than other sites. Why?

Each authority needs its own watcher, its own parser and its own review before we can promise its dates are current. Adding an exam we cannot keep accurate would break the only thing that makes this site worth using.

Q

I found something wrong. What happens if I report it?

It goes to a person, gets checked against the official notice, and the page is corrected with a new verification date. Official notices change without warning, so reports are genuinely the fastest signal we get.

Q

Can I rely on this instead of the official site?

No, and we would not want you to. Use this to find and understand things quickly, then confirm anything you are about to act on — a deadline, a fee, an eligibility rule — against the official notice we link to.

Sourced, not guessed

Never rely on unverified coaching rumors or unconfirmed claims.

Every date, eligibility criterion and reservation quota on ExamSource links to the official notice it came from. Verify for yourself before you make critical career choices.
