Multi-Tasking Staff Examination
Overview
SSC MTS recruits to Multi-Tasking Staff (non-technical) posts in central government offices — general office support duties that do not require a specific trade qualification — and, as a separate examination held alongside it, to Havaldar posts in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. The Staff Selection Commission conducts a computer-based test followed by a physical test for Havaldar candidates.
