With reference to the advertisement no. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/24 dated 30.09.2026,
posting/branch) hereby undertake the following; (i)That as on date i.e. as on _____________________ (date of application) No disciplinary proceedings / Vigilance case is pending or contemplated against me.
(ii) In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that the above information submitted by me are incorrect/false the Bank will be within its right to cancel my candidature and in case it is detected even if after appointment then the Bank will be within its right to terminate my service.
